Future Plans

It takes a very special person to dedicate their life to the needs of other people. Someone who wants more for others than they want for themselves. I want to spend my life working with children with a career in social work. I know it will take a lot of work in college to make it to this point, but I know that I can do it.

I need to go to college and major in social work. This will give me the education I need to be able to make a difference in the lives of many children. I will learn how to

help them deal with problems, what they need, and how to act in order to make a difference.

From college I plan to go straight to work. I know that I would be able to help with the problems children face. I want to be the person that they can go to when they need advice and there to make a smile from a crying child. I see everyday the suffering that

the world goes through and I want to change that.

If I don’t, who will? Each day something else happens and someone just leaves it for someone else to fix. I would not be able to do that. If I see a child suffering I want to be there to change that child’s life. If everyone just steps back and acts like nothing wrong is happening then nothing will change. I could be that one person to step up and take charge to fix the pain before it starts.
I am looking forward to having a career in social work. I cannot wait until I have a chance to change someone’s life for the better. My career in social work will change my

life and the lives of the people I help. I can’t see my life any other way. My future will

change many other people’s lives. There is nothing I would rather do with my future

then helping change someone’s life for the better.
